Adventures of Jay Jay and Jon Jon in the City with that Opera House (Part 1)

September30

Whoah… you better appreciate this post, I just paid $2 to post it for you!! And yes, the City with that Opera House that I’m refering to is Sydney. I don’t have time to recrop my photos on bloody MS Paint, away from the comforts of Adobe Photoshop so this may or may not be a purely text post (depending on how much free time I have left at the end after I’m done).

Anyways, me and Jay Jay flew out early yesterday morning (as in 12:50am early). So we were at the airport, checked in our baggage (Jay had a 3kg piece of luggage lol!!) and went through the metal detector things to wait for our flight. Once we had boarded, we were quite surprise to see two other people casually sitting on our seats. We were even more surprised to see our boarding passes duplicated but with different names…. As a public message to Virgin blue, please sack your IT programming dude. Read the rest of this entry »

Leaving on a Jet Plane

September28

So my bags are packed and I’m all pumped up and ready to go =)!

Jay Jay and I are going off to Sydney on the midnight flight tonight and we’ll be there for the rest of the week on the pretext of finding out more about doing our honours at Macquarie University, but really, we’re just there for a holiday! Read the rest of this entry »

Bleach the 2nd Movie: The DiamondDust Rebellion

September28

I know this is a little bit late, but after letting this anime sit on my computer’s hard drive for more than a week, I decided to watch it today. At a first glance, I’d say the storyline has improved somewhat from the first movie, but the animation hasn’t… perhaps due to the quality of the RAW *shrugs*.

Anyways, the anime starts off with Hitsugaya-taichou (Whitey-chan ^_^ *squeels*) betraying Seireitei after an attempt to disrupt what looks to be a funeral procession later explained to be a march to transport a powerful weapon. Well honestly, if I was a military general, and if I wanted to transfer say nuclear warheads, I wouldn’t put on a mardi gras carnival to announce it… which is why Seireitei is run by a bunch of idiots.

But anyways… screenshots :)!~

An Update Over the Past Two Years

September26

So here’s the last two years of my life condensed into a journal entry for all you nosey people!~

Towards the end of 2006: Nothing much really happenned towards the end 2006, I finished my first year at Curtin and realized that the freelance web-designing “company” (Elemental4Studios) me and Keegz started at the beginning of 2006 was dead. Keegz began developing his photography skills while I went deeper into web-designing and our interests parted ways.

I went back in December as I always do to catch up with my junior high school mates. I can’t really remember how long I stayed there, but I believe it was for about a month. Had lots of fun tho, celebrated my birthday with a wallet-killing buffet dinner at Hilton Central (which was covered here by my dear friend Bakkie!) , a pool party at Josh’s and lots and lots and lots of shopping! Introducing JonJonism

September25

So after a two year break from blogging, all I have to say is… I’m back! And I’m ready to takeover the world!!

Who am I? The name’s Jon Jon, 19.76 years of age (*refuses to admit he’s turning 20*), living in Perth, student at Curtin University of New Technology and President of AniCu (Anime Curtin).

Hang on a second! So what is JonJonism about anyways? It’s nothing more than a spoof of Haruhi-ism, ingeniously thought up by Char Char, otherwise known as Atlasya… and if you don’t know what Haruhi-ism is, then you ought to shoot yourself… or continue reading on with my explanation.
